Chef Glenn Cybulski founded SNI with the
goal of bringing to market better tasting,
more nutritious snacks and sauces. His
products are the culmination of years of
travel in Italy, recipe experiments, market
research and taste tests conducted
throughout the food fairs in and around
Sonoma County California, an area world
renowned for its fine gourmet food and wine
culture.
While traveling through
Italy, Chef Glenn was inspired by the
Italian
culinary tradition, and became particularly
interested in the auth-
entic Italian Crostini snacks. There is
nothing comparable
offered in the United States market. This
led him to develop
the Crostini crackers, SNI's fastest growing
product line. In
addition, Chef Glenn has developed
incredibly flavored
cream cheese spreads and humus that have won
seven
medals at the Sonoma County Harvest Fair and
contain
only natural ingredients.
With over 20 years of
culinary and business management
experience, Glenn's passion is to combine
his flair for the
creation of fine foods with his knowledge
and
experience in business development.
He lived in Italy for several years and
served as a chef at the Hotel
Corallo and at Ristorante
Sogno del Mare in Fregene,
where he developed his love
and skill for creating fine
Italian foods. Glenn over-
sees all operations and
management of SNI, as
well as developing
new products for
future distribution.
